Taste and learn how to make cocktails to celebrate St. Patrick's Day Ireland has long been renowned for its beer and whiskey, yet beyond some gimmicky shots and normal drinks tinted green, there are few cocktails deeply associated with the Emerald Isle. That changes now! In this class cocktail phenom Nick Wheeler will invent, modify, and discover drinks to honor that most American of celebrations of Irishness: St. Patrick’s day! Expect drinks made with Irish ingredients like whiskey, gin, and maybe some unexpected bottles as well. Look for drinks inspired by Irish culture and media as well as flavors found elsewhere in the Irish oeuvre. And, how could we escape it, look for at least one drink that is shining Irish green! Join us for this festive class prepared to learn and get some ideas for your St. Patrick’s celebration COVID-19 Protocols: While we are excited to resume hosting events, we are aware of the risk that remains from COVID-19. Because of this, we are asking that all attendees provide proof of vaccination when they come to the class. The nature of our event makes social distancing and masking impractical, so until advice changes, our classes will be limited to vaccinated customers only. Must be 21+ to attend.
