Temperature Pro is looking for a strong leader to organize, implement, and manage a staff of field canvassers for the fast moving, Houston, TX., HVAC market. The successful candidate will have proven success in both canvassing for appointments as well as managing a high energy field team. Canvassing for roof leads, tree care, Solar, etc. limits your opportunities. Required qualifications: Proven track record in canvassing sales Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Strong customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills ServiceTitan experience a PLUS! Must pass drug test and background check General responsibilities: Drive field team to target market in company van Obtain and Maintain all licenses and permits for canvassing in jurisdictions Capture and enter leads directly into ServiceTitan Maintain training requirements for field team Recruiting and training of field team staff Provide safety and technical training Oversee and manage field team: Manage and recruit field team to ensure coverage Field team reviews Daily review and tracking of lead tickets Manage any concerns and complaints Provide technical ad sales support for the field team Manage field team performance numbers and metrics. Field team development and training. Identify performance deficiencies and develop a plan to correct deficiencies We are urgently hiring for this position and prefer someone who can help us get started and operating in as little as 30 days. Must be willing to work Tuesday thru Saturday with Sunday and Monday off.
