Brunch & Learn Please join us in person or zoom. We will discus how solar systems impact a mortgage loan including how they impact the appraisals. We will also discuss what to request from your seller and what your buyers want to know. We will go over all the ways there is to acquire a solar system and how each one affects the purchase or sale of a home. I believe that what makes you successful is to find something that you love to do and then offer it to others. I am fortunate to have found a position with Guild Mortgage that allows me to provide exceptional service. I have 14 years experience in Mortgage lending and am very fluent in Spanish. I am experienced with FHA, VA and Conventional loans. I am very knowledgeable with down payment assistance programs. I work with a full range of borrowers. I especially enjoy working with First Time Homebuyers because I strive to make sure first time homebuyers are comfortable with their new home purchase and fully understand the mortgage transaction. Purchasing a home or refinancing your existing home can be very exciting and a bit stressful.
