Free open house to see local floral vendors from the Des Moines area! Welcome to The Tea Room's inaugural Spring Flower Show! Come visit us on the first day of Spring for an open house featuring all things floral! See local vendors display what they can arrange for your upcoming wedding, party, or corporate event! The Tea Room will also have door prizes, giveaways, and discounts available - as well as cocktails! This event is open to the public and walk-ins are also welcome! There is no other event like one at The Tea Room. You will be astonished by the restoration of the architecture as well as the addition of modern enhancements. With 5,175 completed square feet and 16-foot ceilings, The Tea Room provides a very open and expansive feel. The 15 large windows that surround the Tea Room provide a spectacular view of Des Moines. Each window has a double-doorway that opens to a balcony giving a perfect backdrop for photos.
