This will be a panel discussion moderated by Rasha Mohamed with featured panelists: Genna Martella, Nancy Gwynn, and Bri Hart. Why this topic? We start this two part series talking about ditching diet culture as a means to body liberation. If we aren't partaking in diet culture, what can we partake in? Intuitive eating and intuitive movement are two wonderful frameworks to come home to our body. These frameworks teach us to listen to our body and respond with compassion and attunement. Oftentimes, talking about a new diet, how much weight you want to lose, and/or what foods you can't eat are normal topics of conversation. Join us for a different conversation. One that explores setting boundaries with friends and family who are still entrenched in dieting while we pursue body liberation. Who is this conversation for? This is for you if you are actively ditching diets or interested in learning more about why intuitive eating and movement are helpful. This conversation is all about being open to learning and being compassionate to yourself and others.  I want to come! Tell me the details. This is a free community event, with the option to purchase a beverage from our wellness bar. Doors open at 5:30pm and the panel discussion will begin at 6:00pm. Masks are required.  Space is limited so please register for this event to hold your spot. Rasha Mohamed's (Moderator) Bio Rasha is originally from Cairo Egypt.
