CrossFit Open - Friday Night Lights at SeaCoast CrossFit! SeaCoast is beyond excited to host our very first Friday Night Lights!!! What is this? Every year, the CrossFit Open takes place over the course of three weeks all over the world. Athletes of all ages and abilities get a chance to come together to have fun competing in an electric atmosphere! It’s an opportunity for them to see all of their hard work they put in becoming a better version of themselves! It’s a time where everyone cheers for everyone! And let me tell you, magical moments always take place during these three weeks! SeaCoast will be holding Friday Night Lights every Friday during the Open! Our members will be throwing down as they take on the first workout! We also invite anyone who needs a gym to do their Open workout! And, we invite all friends, family and SeaCoast supporters to come cheer on the athletes! We plan to make every Friday a super fun evening! We’ll have some yummy food! And, because we believe in lifting up and supporting small business, we will also hold a raffle each week! Week One we’ll be raffling off an incredible basket donated by @lovebeautyandbloom !! This amazing place is located right here in the South Front District! So come join us and potentially win a great basket!
