This workshop will introduce the necessary info to get you started on your first (or next) media project! Don’t let the process overwhelm you; let us help light the way to a successful project. We’ll show you how to transform an idea into a story with a well-manicured structure. We’ll also walk you through organizing all the moving pieces for different styles of production, i.e., talk show, documentary, podcast, narrative, etc. Let’s get that project started on the right foot! Community Media Access Collaborative (CMAC) is a membership-based, 501c3 non-profit organization created to help citizens, schools, non-profits, public agencies and others better connect with our community through the use of media. CMAC’s mission is to empower voices in the community to promote awareness, understanding, dialogue and civic engagement by providing media resources, access to training, and broadening media literacy.
