5 Course Wine Dinner with Advintage Partnered with Advintage, you will enjoy a fabulous 5 course dinner prepared in front you by our Culinary Director, Craig Kuhns while exploring 5 varietals of perfectly paired Sauvignon wines. This evening is an opportunity to grow your culinary and wine knowledge. Chef Craig discusses cooking tips and preparation methods and Steve Hadden expands our wine knowledge! Cost for this dinner is $95/person. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event 1: Shrimp/shaved veggie salad/ Granny Smith apples/truffle vinaigrette {Riebeek Cellars, Sauvignon Blanc, 2021} 2: Parsnip soup/ house made "faux"coccia bread {Chateau Gabaron, Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc, 2020} 3: Poached octopus/ green tomato/ crispy eggplant {Moon Twist, Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough, 2020} 4: Cherry braised beef {Pavette, Cabernet Sauvignon California, 2018} 5: The Nicolaschka/ thinly sliced lemon/ espresso/ shaved chocolate/ sugar {Decagon, Cabernet Franc, 2019} Aged 10 months double barrel matured in cognac & wine barrels Please notify us if you have any allergies at the time of sign up.
