On behalf of The Urban Clinic of Atlanta's board of directors and staff, you are invited to tour our new clinic facility! We are thrilled to welcome you to our new clinic facility at 777 Cleveland Ave SW! Please drop by and tour our clinic space and meet with staff and board. We moved in late December 2021 and started seeing patients on January 4, 2022. This move is made possible by a number of local foundations, community partners, and generous supporters. We look forward to seeing you! The clinic is located on the second floor of the Summit South building. Parking is available around the building or in the lot across the street, facing the building. The Urban Clinic of Atlanta is a free, primary care clinic located in Fulton County. Our mission is to provide free healthcare, education and support to those who are uninsured and low-income in Metro Atlanta. The clinic provides routine primary care services, manages chronic illness and/or diseases, and assists with accessing prescription medications.
