Formal gala for USC Price graduate community. Ticket comes with admission, three-course dinner, one drink ticket, and photobooth access. Join GPAC, GSG, and ASPD for Price's best event of the year! We'll have prizes, awards for prom royalty (all genders welcome for nomination of course!), and a photo booth to commemorate all the good times. Schedule Reception starts at 6:00PM with mingling and drinks, and dinner will be served at 7:00PM sharp. Put that free drink ticket to use, and make sure you grab a table with your friends before dinner starts! You will be able to make menu selections for each guest after selecting number of tickets (vegan/gluten-free options available). Parking There is minimal parking at the event and drinking (duh!) so Uber and Lyft are strongly encouraged. Take a limo if you're feeling fancy. Dress Code Formal attire is required (e.g. dark two or three-piece suit, shirt and tie, dress shoes; floor-length dress, cocktail dress, or dress shirt and skirt, heels or dress shoes). Black-tie attire is optional (e.g. tuxedos, gowns). Payment Tickets are $50 and are on sale through February 23rd at 11:59pm. For a limited time, guests can enter the Promo Code "earlybird" and click "Apply" at the start of ticket checkout to receive a 20% discount (see screenshot below). Earlybird promo expires at 11:59pm on February 11th. Guests cannot purchase Price Prom tickets from February 24th onwards, and space is limited to due COVID-19 restrictions, so early ticket reservations are strongly encouraged. Guests have the option to pay for tickets via Eventbrite and incur Eventbrite fees, or pay via Cash App to avoid Eventbrite fees. If you opt to pay via Cash App, enter the Promo Code "cashapp" when selecting number of tickets to remove Eventbrite costs and click Apply (see screenshot below). If you are getting an early bird ticket and paying via cashapp, only enter the promo code "cashapp." You will then be able to simply send $40 rather than $50 on cashapp. Submit Cash App payment to $GPACUSC (scan below). Tickets purchased via Cash App by 11:59pm on February 11th are eligible for the early bird discount and cost $40. CASH APP PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF TICKET RESERVATION TO GUARANTEE PURCHASE. Nominations We will be holding an awards ceremony at Price Prom to acknowledge outstanding students, faculty, and staff members of USC Sol Price School of Public Policy. Please nominate individuals who have made a positive contribution to your Price experience using this Google form. Upon collecting nominations, there will be an official voting process to award the winners with prizes or a scholarship. COVID-19 Guidelines Please note that in accordance with USC and LA County guidelines, all guests are required to wear a mask when not actively eating or drinking. Guests will also need to show a Trojan check upon entry, including non-USC students. The Graduate Policy Administration Community (GPAC) represents all Master of Public Administration (MPA), Master of Public Policy (MPP), and Master of Nonprofit Leadership & Management (MNLM) students at the Sol Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California.
