The House of Burghàlie teamed up with a group of talented designers to host a fashion show & silent auction for children in foster care. Red Carpet: 5:00 PM First Show Time: 6:30PM PROMPTLY DRESS TO IMPRESS | SEMI FORMAL/COCKTAIL ATTIRE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED The House of Burghàlie has teamed up with a group of 9 talented designers to host the inagural "Burghàlie Resort: Fashion Show & Silent Auction." The theme of this year's show is "resort/cruise." Designers will have the opportunity to present a number of looks, while putting their creative twist on this year's theme. The designers include: ALANI TAYLOR (Notable design listed below) BURGHÀLIE ENSEMBLE (Notable design listed below) ORDIEFLY APPAREL (Notable design listed below) BLUE HILL BY CHI (Notable design listed below) ALONE U.$.A CACOSH KIDS HEARTLESS HUSTLERS LIFE AFTER EARTH ORGINAL KURRENCHII THEODORO AMAZONAS Attendees have the opportunity to participate in a silent auction. All proceeds from the silent auction will be donated to Atlanta Angels, to assist foster families and the children in their care. Christie Simmons, the exectuive director of Atlanta Angels, will be present to discuss staggering statitics and other information on the foster care system. Designers, artists, and entrepreneurers have donated a variety of items to be bidded on. These items include but are not limited to garments, painting, and photography packages. Those who admire the field of fashion design and even individuals with a heart for helping have every reason to believe that this could be a life changing experience. By attending this event, one is likely to be part of a movement that is much bigger than a single individual.
