My neighbor broke her window 2 weeks ago and then disappeared. We suddenly realised that she has not been around and her dog is was without care. We have called the animal welfare but I have been to pacc and they are SO full that the lobby is being used for a kennel. I will bring him there to check in spay, get shots, check microchip and take for a leashed walk but we neighbors can look after her for now. However, she needs a new home: foster first then, most likely, a permanent home. He also needs training as he is both cat and dog aggressive. (He fought with the dog on the other side of his fence and managed to get bit because of a break in the fence.) Also is a good watch dog but really wants attention. (The place stinks from not being let out all this time, though the window is open due to being broken and he never went through it to go outside.) If interested, text: .
