Rehoming Sweet Cuddlebug

Super sweet 1 1/2 year old cat for rehoming. Eats Sheba cat wet food mostly with some dry random food on the side. Right now he is an inside/outside cat because while he'll pee in a litter box he's refused to poop in one for me. He has done perfect outside and has really been acclimated almost like a dog to going outside for his potty after he eats. Or he can just be outdoors mostly as long as you aren't near the roads or wildlife. He doesn't stray from my backyard and is happy to sunbathe and relax until we go outside to hangout or invite him inside. + Cuddlebug who loves sitting on laps and sleeping on my bed at night + Vaccinated & Neutered & Microchipped + Gets along with other cats&dogs, would probably love kids. He's Extremely chill + Not very vocal, kind of a furry potato. Only beeps? He doesn't really meow. Please tell me about yourself and why you'd like to adopt the furry potato :) I'm moving from CA to the east coast and can't ensure he'll be safe in the country which is the only reason for his rehoming. Small rehoming fee so he won't be used as bait.
