All are welcome in this open level vinyasa style flow class meant to help stretch you out, reinvigorate your circulation, and simultaneously wind you down after a day of work. Class closes with an elongated savasana complete with live musical soundscape to send you home relaxed and blissed out! What a better way to move into 2022 than with more accessible practices for balanced healthy living?! Space is limited so be sure to sign up in advance! Dress comfortably in clothes you'll be able to move and relax in. Mats will be provided, but if you have your own, please bring it! ABOUT YOUR TEACHER Amanda hails from a two decade long performance career, most notably performing 9 years as a Rockette at Radio City Music Hall in NYC. She began expanding her interest into the health and wellness industry first through personal training, then holistic health coaching, yoga, meditation, and reiki. She feels like this last piece of the mind/body/soul puzzle has allowed for the biggest deep dive into her own healing, love, acceptance, and growth. Amanda is now recognized as an Embodied Movement Specialist with over 300hrs Yoga Alliance certifiable training in vinyasa, restorative, and bhakti styles, and also likes to incorporate her dance background into embodied movement workshops. She is an Alchemical Sound Meditaiton Guide where she paints soothing soundscapes with singing bowls, Koshi chimes, a steel tongue drum, and velvet voice, which all lead participants on a channeled reconnective journey into themselves. And lastly offers Intuitive Empowerment Coaching, Reiki, and Reiki with Sound Healing.
