WALTHAM, MA — The Waltham-based biotech financing company Danforth Advisors has been recognized as a winner of the 2022 Top Workplaces USA Award by Energage. The annual Top Workplaces USA award celebrates nationally recognized companies that prioritize a people-centered culture and give employees a voice. It is based entirely on feedback from an employee engagement completed by the employees of participating workplaces. The distinction follows Danforth's inclusion among The Boston Globe's Top Places to Work in Massachusetts in 2021. Based on employee responses, the company placed within the top 25 percent of participating organizations for cross-team cooperation, innovation, open-mindedness and work-life balance.
