Learn how to surf with like-minded veterans in the waters of Camp Pilgrim Haven. Also, get your shot at trying out our E-foil! Want to learn how to surf this summer? We will be meeting in Kalamazoo and driving down to South Haven to Camp Pilgrim Haven. This is the perfect opportunity to learn how to surf with experienced veterans who can show you the ropes. Not only will you be learning how to surf, but you’ll also have the chance to try out the E-foil which is a new technology that is quickly gaining popularity. You won’t want to miss this unique opportunity! Meeting location The 8th district court parking lot across the street from Bronson Park in Kalamazoo, MI. Meeting time 7 am We will carpool from Kalamazoo to Camp Pilgrim Haven, which will be a 40-minute drive. Weather Backup If the water is flat we will paddle along the coast or out west, if the waves are pumping then we'll surf the coast. This is an intermediate skill level stand-up paddle (SUP).
