John is an incredible auto restorationist that needs up to an acre of land to rent temporarily to keep his vintage car projects. if you are looking for a longer term agreement, he's open to that as well. He fully restores 60's, 70's and 80's autos as well as older classics from engines to paint. He can do it all and does. If you have unused land, a barn, actually anything that you think will work, John can pay in advance. The cars are well kept with covers or carports. Electricity would be a welcome plus but all ideas considered. At this point, John just needs someone with compassion and land to allow him to keep his best projects. He has been at his current place in Woodinville 4 years but the property owner has had a stroke and has to sell his property.
