ALAMEDA, CA — Caltrans has scheduled a full overnight closure of the Webster Tube connecting Alameda and Oakland for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for routine maintenance work. The tunnel will close at 10 p.m. each night and reopen at 4:30 a.m. the following morning. The adjacent eastbound Posey Tube will remain open.
