Description
Homebuilder in Concord, NC seeking qualified land development assistant field manager to fill the following job responsibilities:
Field work 80% of time:
-Visit vacant lots and land and perform due diligence for homebuilding.
-determine suitability for home building, estimate land development costs, create reports using computer, and ipad in the field in a timely manner.
-Manage land development contractors in accordance with contract specifications.
-read surveys and identify property lines, lay out building sites, schedule contractors on multiple jobs, communicate well with contractors and employees.
-Good communication via emails and phone calls is important.
Office work 20% of time:
-Microsoft Excel and Word
-Communication via emails, phone calls
-General administrative paperwork to perform field duties
Must have valid NC driver’s license with clean MVR.
