Here are the top three stories today in Des Moines: An attempted carjacking at a gas station in Des Moines ended with a crash into a pillar at the station. Cory Copley assaulted the driver of the car as he attempted to steal it, causing the driver to crash the car. The driver was taken to Methodist Medical Center and Copley is facing multiple charges. (KCCI Des Moines) On Monday morning, Roosevelt High School was under a brief lockdown. A threatening call made to the school caused students and faculty to be locked down. Police officials determined that the threat was not credible and students were able to return to their normal proceedings. (KCCI Des Moines) On Friday night, Des Moines Playhouse premiered their rendition of Agatha Christie's Murder on the Orient Express. The play will run through Feb. 20, with performances at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday through Saturday and 2:00 p.m. on Sundays. Tickets range from $29 to $47 and masks are required to be worn during the performance.
