Two free outside cats

I have two adult free indoor/outside cats. They typically go outside most of the day. I am so busy lately and have been dealing with medical issues that unfortunately has caused me to have a hard time keeping up with their litter box and I feel it’s time I try to get them into forever homes. I rescued both when they were kittens so I’ve had them for a while and was planning to keep them but I just feel I’m not able to provide the best for them in my current condition.
