DOUGLASVILLE, GA — Douglas County on Tuesday opened the Woodie Fite Senior Center for advance voting, six days ahead of schedule.
The decision to open the center early follows a record-setting first day of advance voting in Georgia. The Associated Press reported that more than 128,000 Georgians went to the polls Monday, breaking the previous early-record voting of 91,000 in 2016.
All Douglas County advance voting locations will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on these dates
