PHILADELPHIA — A family was held captive in their home over the weekend, according to Philadelphia Police. Police said they got a call at 8:38 p.m. Sunday with the victim saying she and members of her family were held captive in their home on the 4600 block of Decatur Street. The incident began Friday when a man was robbed and abducted by three men outside his home on Decatur Street.
