Description
LIVERMORE, CA — The Livermore Police Department is asking for assistance locating a 37-year-old woman who has been missing since October.
Amy Paquette was last seen in Livermore on Oct. 16, 2021, where she was staying with relatives. She left without her cell phone, luggage, or personal belongings, according to an LPD report.
She is white, 37 years old, 5'2", 115 pounds, with hazel eyes, light brown hair, and scar over her left eyebrow.
Eight hours after Paquette left, her car was found disabled and abandoned six miles east of Tesla Road in unincorporated Livermore. Paquette has no known friends in Livermore, and no source of income.
She was tentatively diagnosed with a medical condition that will ultimately need attention. She is a Connecticut native, and has reportedly been estranged from her family there since 2017.
Several commenters to a Tuesday Facebook post asked why Paquette's description is being released three-and-a-half months after her disappearance. An LPD representative replied that detectives only recently learned she was at risk after an extensive follow-up investigation.
If you see Paquette, please contact the Livermore Police Department at 925-371-4753.
