Meth, Guns Seized, 15 Arrested In Massive West Georgia Drug Bust

CARROLLTON, GA — Methamphetamine worth about $530,000 — along with marijuana, other drugs and guns — were seized when the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Haralson-Paulding Drug Task Force arrested 15 west Georgians Thursday. Most of those arrested had Villa Rica addresses. Among the agencies involved in the investigation, which started earlier this year, are the Villa Rica Police Department, the Paulding County Sheriff's Office and the Dallas Police Department. More charges and arrests are pending.
