Description

Room for rent in the downstairs portion of my home.  The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, bus stop one block away.  There are three rooms total.  At this time there are no roommates.  When there are, there is a common room and a shared bathroom.   There is no sink or stove, so cooking is limited.  There is a laundry room which is shared with the landlord.  I am agreeable to leases of any length.  Landlord pays all utilities and wifi.  Credit check required.  Move requires one month's rent and $100 deposit.  Single occupancy only.  No pets.  No smoking.  Male tenant preferred.  The furniture is not included.
