Found at the small parking lot for Lochraven on Dulaney Valley Road, just north of Old Bosley at about 6:00pm on Tuesday, 2/8/22. Female, very scared, but friendly/docile. No collar. No tag. No chip. Now at Baltimore County Animal Control.
