The Tooth Family of Businesses (Moose's Tooth/Bear Tooth/Broken Tooth Brewing) is looking for an outstanding individual to be a part of our busy Maintenance Department. Our Maintenance Department is dedicated to the art of making our workplace the safest, most functional, and quality driven work environments for all 500+ 'Tooth' employees. This position will work individually and as a team to accomplish a wide variety of duties. This position requires a detailed and self-motivated individual with previous construction or trade experience preferred. A passion for the outdoors, great food, and handcrafted ales is a definite plus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: •Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various areas of property as necessary •Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair •Troubleshoot issues and determine necessary action •Assist in upkeep, grounds keeping, and snow removal of properties •Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries •Order supplies and materials needed for maintenance or repairs Qualifications and Skills: •Reliable vehicle, clean driving record, and a valid Alaska Driver's License •Working cell phone •Previous maintenance, trade work, or construction experience preferred •Ability to prioritize projects and work flow •Self-directed work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team •Have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina •Weekend and night availability Pay: Full-time, Hourly; DOE + Benefits (shift beer/wine, shift meal, Alaska Rock Gym membership discount, Alyeska ski pass sign-up, profit share, healthcare, earned paid vacation, 401 K, fitness team, free Bear Tooth movies, concert and special event discounts, special employee prices for food, beer, merchandise, and much more) If you are interested in applying please stop by and fill out an application at the Bear Tooth OR click on the link to apply online: We look forward to working with you!
