We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Full Time | Tuesday thru Saturday | 7:30 am to 4:00 pm | $ 25/H 𝐌𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐒 𝐀 𝐏𝐑𝐄-𝐄𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐎𝐘𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐃𝐑𝐔𝐆 𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐍 𝐌𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐒𝐔𝐁𝐌𝐈𝐓 𝐀 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐄 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐕𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐉𝐨𝐛𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨: • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of services. • Work alongside employees to model example of performance expectations. •Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance. • Organize and maintain inventory and storage area. • Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training, development, health, safety, and welfare of your team. • Determine staffing levels and assign workload. • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices. • Completes and documents the daily cleaning schedule as described in the Master Schedule. 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞, 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor • Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques • Knowledge of warehouse health and safety procedures • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations • Strong organizational and time management skills • Must have flexible hours • Bilingual is a plus (English & Spanish)
