Looking for a maintenance person to live on site and handle the maintenance for Willowbend Apartments. This would be part time and you would be able to have another full time job. You would need experience in all areas of apartment maintenance. Your duties would include make readies, trouble calls, lock outs, maintenance calls and some on call for emergencies. Would need to have the ability to install Kitchenetts and be able to do light plumbing, electrical, and having any HVAC experience would be a big plus. Need to have transportation and your own tools.
We would offer a furnished or unfurnished Studio with all of the bills paid including cable and wi-fi and a free guest laundry. This is a no smoking and no pet property. Please include all of your experience when you contact us.
We are offering no pay just the free apartment. You would be an Independent Contractor.
