Window Cleaning - $20 start w/ increase to 25

My father and I own a small window cleaning business and are looking to hire one more person. Hours vary slightly per week but will increase as the summer comes on - May through August are very busy - we're looking for someone who can do at the very least 20-25 per week and a little more during the busier months. Previous experience washing windows not required, but looking for someone who has worked labor jobs before, preferably involving a ladder - ladder experience would be ideal but not required, as long as you are willing to learn; we clean mostly residentials, so mostly 2nd story, occasionally 3rd - so nothing extremely high. You will need to own a reliable car, as you would be meeting us on the job, generally starting around 8 in the summer (later right now to let it warm up first), and most of our accounts are in Kennebunk / Kennebunkport. Clean appearance required, and someone who is reasonably good with customers - although you wont have to have much contact with them other than a quick introduction, ideal for someone who prefers to keep their distance from others during Covid times - but luckily that's becoming less of a thing now! :-) You would start out with 20 per hour, and if you do well and fit in with it you will get an increase to 25 once you show you've learned our methods and are showing up reliably. If you stick with us into next year, further raises will be possible. Tips are also not rare for us and we will split them 50/50 with you. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to work outside with their hands, and there is also room to move up with more responsibilities.
