Facility Maintenance / General Labor [CLEVELAND HEIGHTS primary location] Job opening is flexible for part-time to full-time applicants. Part time or Full Time: Position can range from part time 2-3 days per week with limited hours (15-20 hours per week), and available up to full time 5 days per week (40 hours per week) Fun and vibrant environment, fast-paced, highly professional and respected growing management company, looks for the following: Qualifications: Driver's License (Required) High school or trade school equivalent (Preferred) Any Type of Property Maintenance / Facility Operations Experience : 1-3+ year (Required) Any Type of Property Maintenance / Facility Operations Experience : 3-5+ year (Preferred) Painting (Required) Drywall Repair (Required) Some Cleaning (Required) Change Light Bulbs and Light Fixtures(Required) Install Flooring (Preferred) Ability to lift 65 lbs (Required) OSHA training / knowledge (Preferred) Duties include, but are not limited to: SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: General maintenance experience with painting, flooring installation, some cleaning, basic labor and repair, light bulb and light fixtures changes. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties may include, but are not limited to: Minor repairs to drywall, painting, flooring installation, lights and light bulb changing, light cleaning. Coordinate maintenance objectives with the Property Manager daily. Perform, and report on, all work according to the safety standards of the company, OSHA and health codes. Perform work area clean-up on a weekly basis.
