We are looking for both multiple FT and PT maintenance workers with great attitude, with experience with older housing and apartments, and ability to turnover units quickly. For higher pay, must have experience with multiple trades and at least 1-3 years maintenance experience. We are good at and will provide training at a lower pay. This easy going business has been in operation for over 25+ years, with many, many nice long term tenants. Part-time is only during regular business hours, no evening or weekends. If you are retired and looking for a little work, PT is a great option. -Work is all year round, not seasonal, unless you do not want to work in winter. -Monday -Friday, 9-5 for FT. If looking for PT, let us know. -Only for emergencies will you be on-call for weekend and nights. However, call outs are very, very rare. -Must have own tools for higher pay. -Must have valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance. -Must have own reliable vehicle(van/truck preferred for higher pay) -All locations are within 10 minutes of each other. Multiple locations. -Must be able to clean gutters.
