Need help setting drywall misc demo. Small job

Looking for a hand to help overhaul a house here in Evansville. Need somebody for a couple days. $15 an hr cash end of the day. If you have real drywall experience (more than simple patching a hole) I will consider more. Would consider $25+ (negotiable) for a professional who does this very often. If you have a drywall ceiling Jack I'll pay to rent it otherwise I'm going to rent my own. 8ft ceilings. If you want only 4 or 5 hrs that is fine. Being dependable to show up is very important. The minimum I need is somebody to help carry the drywall sheets and give me a hand getting them screwed in and placed. If you want to help fully screw, mud (going flat finish no texture) prime and paint I am willing to pay for this to assist me too. I have done a bit of this before and have about all the tools I need (aside from drywall hoist). Installing 5/8" over about an 11ft span so yes they are heavy. Probably going 5/8" on walls for sound dampening too. I'm thinking to do a bunch of demo work on 2/9 (Thursday) then hang some drywall on Friday or Saturday. House has been asbestos checked and is hazard free. I probably don't need help on the demo work but would consider it. Primarily the drywall aspect. I do have certain noise and time restrictions. On Friday not before noon. But I can go until whatever time we decide on Friday night/evening. Saturday I can't do before 4pm but no time restriction late as long I don't annoy the neighbors. No Sunday/Monday. Might need a hand the following Tuesday-Thursday 15th-17th. I am doing bit house Jenga and moving things from one area to another so there is probably 2 drywall setting/placing occurances.T Text message is fine until about 11 pm.
