I have a 270 ft carport I want to convert into an ADU. I have technical PDF drawings I can provide. The main components I'll require are a foundation, roof, framing, plumbing and electricity. I can do the finishing myself. I'm looking for a reliable, licensed contractor or company who can do the job for $50,000 or less. I'd prefer to start soon.
