Our company is looking for a detailed-oriented technician that has experience with general maintenance, light plumbing and some electrical to join our business. The success of our company is created by our team! Core Responsibilities: Respond to Resident service requests General Maintenance Appliance repair and installation (dishwashers, cooking ranges, washer/dryer, refrigerator, etc.) Maintain assigned communities Make readies Keep company equipment secure and in good working condition Requirements: Previous make-ready experience preferred Reliable transportation, some travel required Experience with HVAC is preferred Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures, electrical meter, etc.) Plumbing (includes water lines, drains, leaks, disposals, etc.) Looking to work in a fast paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills
