Head Custodian: We are looking for a responsible custodian to maintain and protect our facility at Piquet Lane Swim Club. It is important for this custodian to be careful and thorough in working, cleaning and tidying the premises. Responsibilities include taking out trash, cleaning furniture, wiping down tables and chairs in café areas, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, and undertaking occasional tasks such as lifting items (moving lounge chairs, etc). The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role focused on building upkeep and grounds maintenance. This custodian will have great organizational skills to cover a large space, the ability to work independently, as well as direct part-time staff to ensure cleanliness of our facility at all times.
