Potential for advancement is limitless. Work begins April 15, 2022. We are seeking Landscape Laborers, Landscape Team Crew Leaders, Supervisors, Drivers and Sales Representatives. Experienced or will train. Bilingual Spanish/English a plus. Salary range depending on experience: $15-20/hour. Duties will include operating typical landscape vehicles and equipment - weed whacker, lawn mower, leaf blower, hedge trimmer. Other tasks are planting, hand pulling weeds and spraying, edging beds and sidewalks. Opportunity to learn and operate skid loader and payloader. Also, many other machines that we own. This is just the starting position at Fiorini. We will train you to grow and fill any position you are interested in. • Experienced Landscape Crew Leader/Supervisor. Bilingual Spanish/English a plus. Will oversee daily activities of landscape laborers and supervise crews at various job sites. Prior supervisory experience required. Knowledge of and ability to supervise daily activities such as operating landscape equipment, lawn mowers, weed whacker, leaf blower; driving landscape trucks/tractors, trailers. Ability to communicate effectively between management and crews. Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that crews begin their shifts on time and for handling any issues which arise within their crew. Supervisors will speak with clients to address any issues or concerns. Salaries contingent on experience:  Crew Leader: $21-22/hour.  Supervisor: $23/hour. • Sales Representative. Must have prior experience working in the landscape field. Must have a valid driver’s license. Base salary: $35,000/year Commission: 4% of sales for new clients • Any individual being considered for a driver’s position must have valid driver’s license.
