Wilton Construction LLC is a new registered General-Residential contracting company based in Independence, doing remodels and new-build trim in the Salem and surrounding areas with 25 years of experience in the industry. We are currently looking for one person to add to the team. Experience is not a requirement, but you must be ready to work hard. If you are looking to just collect a paycheck, this is the wrong post for you. Job will initially be as a general laborer, but with experience and the skills, can lead into a crew leader position. This company is built for growth and your income potential is high, if you are willing to put in the work. Job requirements: Must be 18, or over. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, regularly. Transportation is a plus, but if you are in the immediate Independence/Monmouth area, that is flexible. Be self motivated. The work is hard, but fulfilling; and the better/faster you are able to work, the more money can be made. You will need some hand-tools. This can wait some, if money is tight.
