FOUND DOG : small, brown female found along Southern Ave

I found a dog in my neighborhood this morning, around the 4200 block of Southern Avenue (border of SE DC and Capitol Heights, MD). No collar and will take her to the vet to see if she has a microchip. She must belong to someone because she's sweet as pie and looks well taken care of. No risk of her being taken to the shelter, I have plenty of space until her owner is found.
