Light assembly position 1st shift - 5am - 3:30pm & 2nd shift - 3:30pm - 2:00am. Assembly positions lifting up to only 30 lbs. Pay is $12.50 per hour.  Duties To build or assemble in cooperation with fellow employees a high quality product as quickly, efficiently and safely as possible while meeting the Quality Management System requirements. Install parts on motor link lines for production. Understand job responsibilities to perform, monitor and control the process. Follow all procedures and work instructions pertaining to assignment and make recommendations to management to improve the process. Notify management immediately when problems of non-conformance are detected. Assist in the problem solving process, corrective action, and prevention activities Contain or stop the process as necessary to prevent non-conforming material from contaminating good material. Learn, understand, communicate and practice the Quality and Environmental Management Systems. Play an active role in achieving and maintaining the Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
