Description
We are currently a trio seeking a fourth member for our lineup that consists of folks that jump between guitar, upright bass, fiddle, banjo, keys, and percussion. We play a mix of originals and covers and are looking to start playing out in April. We are mostly eyeing breweries and events with an expectation of playing out two to three times per month. We practice as a full group in Zebulon about once per week but often hold song writing sessions together more frequently. Our setlist includes songs from bands like the Turnpike Troubadours, Old Crow Medicine Show, the Avett Brothers, Jason Isbell, and other folk rock type bands. We enjoy writing and we are working on an album that has a similar sound to the single we released last summer, Slow Down Carolina:

Ideally, we are looking for someone that can jump between instruments as well but will also consider someone looking to stick to one instrument and bring strong vocal abilities. Being able to sing backups, leads, and harmonies is a huge plus as well. We would like someone in their 30's to early 40's and someone that wants to be part of a band, not play for a band. We are pretty set on the sound we are going for and are not looking for someone to come in and try to change that direction.
We look forward to hearing from you!
