We are looking for a FT Property Maintenance person to work in our residential portfolio! M-F 8-4:30 This is a beautiful 254 unit senior living apartment community...with an awesome team. Our ideal candidate has previous work experience in maintenance. Please have attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and take pride in the quality of your work. Have knowledge of proper safety precautions. Have basic computer skills (email and internet). Must have an ability to work alone. QUALIFICATIONS Good knowledge of practices, tools, equipment and materials used in maintenance; and of safety practices as applied to maintenance and upkeep of the property. Ability to remove snow Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions. Ability to deal with the public in a positive manner. We love our residents!
