Caccamise Electric Corp. is a commercial/industrial electrical contracting company, serving the Heavy Highway electrical industry, including highway lighting and traffic signal construction needs since 1978, headquartered in Rochester, New York. MASTER ELECTRICIAN Installs conduit and wiring on commercial, industrial and traffic signal control systems, both interior and exterior Installs, repairs, replaces and maintains electric wiring systems and components Performs preventive maintenance and inspection of electrical systems, traffic signals and highway lighting Tests faulty equipment to troubleshoot and diagnose causes of malfunction. Fabricates hardware for traffic signals and signs ITS and fiber optic cable splicing Operates power hand tools and other specialized electrical equipment Bucket truck use Skills/Qualifications: Must possess a valid City of Rochester Master Electrician license Willing to adhere to and perform functions according to company and OSHA guidelines OSHA 10-hour safety training certificate Have a valid, clean NYS driver’s license, CDL a plus Be comfortable working near moving mechanical parts as well as using machines for prolonged periods of time Adaptable to exposure to outside weather conditions, including wet, humid or cold conditions Able to lift 90 lbs., climb, stoop, kneel and crouch Possess good organization and communication skills Be able to work efficiently without constant supervision as well as cooperatively with coworkers Benefits: Highly competitive pay rates (NYS Prevailing Wage Rates) Medical, dental, vision and disability insurance benefits Company-paid life insurance Group 401K plan Paid vacation and holidays Comprehensive training and safety programs Small business with a family-oriented work culture that values the safety and development of its employees M.
