Shop Labor TBD depending on experience Reid Manufacturing Oklahoma City, Ok Description Reid Manufacturing is seeking an experienced, Shop Labor personnel who is highly proficient, has excellent attention to detail and a solid understanding of cabinetry and machining. Summary Responsibilities Assists in all aspects of the cabinet shop Cleans shop Keeps shop organized Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and come Saturdays during peak times Supports company objectives by minimizing site waste and rework Work within a team structure to achieve company and department goals Read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Process Specifications Required Experience and Education High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 years related labor experience Preferred Skills or Experience Must be responsible and self-managed Experience with CNC machining a plus but not required Must have excellent follow-up and tracking skills Must be hands --on, detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced, rapid growth, small company environment Must have excellent telephone and customer service skills Must perform all duties with integrity and honesty Must be able to stand for long periods of time and able to lift 60lbs Thorough knowledge of the standard methods, equipment, materials, tools, and practices of the cabinet making trade Thorough knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the construction trades Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees Ability to communicate and coordinate with superiors, subordinates, and vendors Skill in the use and care of standard tools and equipment of the carpentry, cabinet making, and woodworking trades Basic computer skills Professional presentation and conduct Organized, flexible with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Must pass a drug test Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver license, working phone and email access Reid Manufacturing LLC offers An awesome place to work with enthusiastic team players Pay that is commensurate with experience Vacation, sick and holiday benefits Major medical insurance plan
