Cabinet and Closet Assembler / Installer Reid Manufacturing Oklahoma City, Ok Description Reid Manufacturing is seeking an experienced, Cabinet and Closet Assembler / Installer who is highly proficient, has excellent attention to detail and a solid understanding of cabinetry and machining. Summary Responsibilities Cabinet and Closet Assembler / Installer High attention to detail required for product accuracy Specific work responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Attention to detail is a must Ability to read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Process Specifications Keep work area neat and clean and follow all established safety guidelines Work within a team structure to achieve Company and department goals Must be flexible and willing to perform additional duties as needed Support company objectives by minimizing site waste and rework Adhering to all safety requirements Quality Control of each product Must have a flexible schedule with ability to work evenings and some Saturdays during peak times (summer months) Required Experience and Education High school diploma or GED Minimum 2 years related experience Preferred Skills or Experience Must be responsible and self-managed At least two years’ experience in an assembly / installation environment Must have excellent follow-up and tracking skills Must be hands --on, detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced, rapid growth, small company environment Must perform all duties with integrity and honesty Must be able to stand for long periods of time and able to lift 60lbs Thorough knowledge of the standard methods, equipment, materials, tools, and practices of the cabinet making trade Thorough knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the construction trades Ability to interpret and work from penciled sketches, drawings, plans, and blue prints Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and other university personnel Basic computer skills required Experience with inventory maintenance Professional presentation and conduct Organized, flexible with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver license, working phone and email access Must be able to pass a drug test Reid Manufacturing LLC offers An awesome place to work with enthusiastic team players Pay that is commensurate with experience Vacation, sick and holiday benefits Major medical insurance plan
