Ebenezer Ridges Care Center is part of a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital, conveniently located at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville. We are currently looking for a qualified candidate to assist our site as a Maintenence Lead. This position includes the following : Schedule of Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM Evening and weekend on-call rotation once per month 1.0 FTE or 80 hours per 2 weeks Responsibilities/Job Description Schedules and perform assigned work order requests within a timely manner Performs routine inspections and repairs and documents on building logs/checklists, etc. Keeps grounds and walkways free of obstructions including shoveling snow and operating motorized grounds equipment, as applicable. Acts as a lead for other Maintenance Technicians in providing the services and maintenance needs of the building Schedules, prioritizes and assigns the work items for the Maintenance Department. Qualifications Preferred: Vocational/Technical training or Associate Degree : HVAC or related Five to Ten years of experience Minnesota 'Special' boiler's license, or higher, or ability to obtain one within 6 months required Required: Three to Five years of previous experience
