$150/45 min paid study: Age 64-69 Medicare Eligible Consumers

Please read to the bottom where you can apply. This will be prototype testing of the design of a website to make it more user friendly. The 45-minute testing sessions will take place the week if February 14th. The compensation is $150 for those who are chosen to participate. (Choice of check or Amazon eGiftCard.) A New York Design and Research firm is conducting research on behalf of a company that helps customers find Medicare plans and would like to interview Medicare eligible and current Medicare customers on a new concept. We would like you to interact with a prototype we have developed to help find Medicare plans. You would be asked to share your thoughts and feedback to ensure that the future user experience is clear and to let us know where it can be improved. You will be asked to provide your thoughtful and detailed opinions and feedback as you navigate the website. We will not ask you to share any “real” data or anything that is confidential. We will send you a calendar invite with a Zoom link for your designated date and time. The full interview should take approximately 45 minutes. This will be a one-on-one Zoom session, with a moderator/researcher who will lead you through the website. Your job would be to provide feedback to the different areas being tested. (i.e., is it confusing, or are not sure where to go next? Or is it clear and easy to understand/navigate? etc.) You would be expected to clearly "think-out-loud" so the researchers can follow along to see if there are any areas that need to be reworked or tweaked. These sessions will take about one hour. Participants will receive $150 USD in appreciation for their time and effort.
