Investment company looking for a general contractor to work on a partial renovation job. Scope includes the following: Scope: paint cabs, add bar handles to cabinets, install all new appliances, paint vanities and add handles, demo vanity tops for another trade to supply and install new top, install new showerheads (we will buy, GC to install), replace lighting (GC to supply and install), replace bath mirrors (we will buy, GC to install), demo the blue wall tile outside the shower area in a bathroom (GC to supply and install greenboard), demo the double vanity (GC to install new - we will buy vanity), paint ALL exterior trim including around main entry door, demo storm doors and paint all ext doors (except garage) and shutters, keep kitchen granite and existing tile backsplash. Must have GL Insurance. Must have Worker's Comp Insurance. No exceptions. We, as an investment firm, do all of the estimates ourselves and pay on time. Guaranteed work throughout the entire year, not just when the weather is nice.
