CALco Pallets is seeking production workers for their established pallet manufacturing plant in Richmond, IL. These are high paying year around permanent positions. Many positions have weekly production bonus plans or piece rate compensation plans which allow for a lot of extra earning potential. Pallet manufacturing and/or production experience is a plus, but is not required. 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00a.m. – 2:00p.m. 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 2:20p.m. - 11:20p.m. and Friday, 2:20p.m. - 6:20p.m. Benefits: Blue Cross Blue Shield medical, MetLife dental, vision, accident & life insurance, 401k with employer match and paid holidays and vacation days.
